Mirlin Connect vs AAIE Connect

Every interaction a company has with its customers, employees and suppliers is a “Moment of Truth” that has an outcome that leaves an impression. A positive experience will increase brand equity and customer affinity while a negative one will result in lost time, money and effort while creating feelings of disrespect, frustration and confusion. The data can provide leading indicators on the service satisfaction of your customers and continuous reporting on your employees’ engagement and execution on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
