Artifit Bench vs SKILLCOURT

What is Artifit Bench It is an AI-powered mobile app that helps people training at home or gym, control their exercise technique and reach their fitness goals faster. How does Artifit work It uses your smartphone camera and computer vision to track your workout technique, detect mistakes by comparing your performance to digital fitness models, and give feedback on how to perfect it. Real-time voice assistant and visual tips help you master your technique and keep you on track with the desired number of reps. The app automatically logs your routine to the Analytics section of your personal profile — number of reps and sets, workout and rest duration, and intensity of your workout. What does Artifit offer The popular equipment exercises for safe and effective workouts. How to start Just install and open the app, and put your smartphone in front of you on the floor so that you can see yourself on the front camera. Choose the workout and go! Artifit operates locally on your smartphone, so your videos will only be seen by you. Work out efficiently and safely with an AI personal trainer rather than alone.
