I know this is sudden, but I have to ask... Do you sometimes feel a bit gloomy during the day? I do, sometimes. I can feel it coming on even now... We designed this app to help you move through hard things by not moving at all. Bet you've never had an app to help you keep track of nothing. The world says do something. We say do nothing. The world says stand for something. We say sit for it. We can’t change the pace of the world. But, we can change our pace in it. When we take a moment for ourselves, things around us start to shift.
