We are delighted that you are participating in our study. This App is designed to simplify the timely and accurate documentation of your symptoms (e.g., acute viral rhinosinusitis or grass pollen allergy) and provide the most accurate data possible for clinical research. In addition, the use of study medication as well as the use of medication for symptom control can be documented depending on the study. Clinical trials aim to test the efficacy and tolerability of medications or medical treatments and thereby improve patient treatments. They provide important evidence to answer scientific questions. Therefore, it is important that you regularly record your symptoms, the use of the study medication as well as the effects on your quality of life. The exact specifications will be explained to you by the investigator/study team and are study-specific. Daily entries into the App will take a maximum of 5 minutes and can be made by checking the applicable boxes. To make it easier for you to remember entering your symptoms and/or study medication, you can activate alarms/ reminders in this App. The results of the clinical trial will be communicated to you by your investigator. The CCC STUDY Diary App can only be used in the context of a clinical study. You will receive the login information and password from your investigator/ study team as soon as you participate in one of these studies.

ALLERGAPP is an application to assist patients and families in making treatment decisions in the complicated time of managing an allergic reaction due to food. Once the patient enters into the app their corresponding diagnoses and treatments from their food allergy allergist, the app will be able to make treatment recommendations and next steps based on the symptoms the patient identifies at the time of a reaction. It can help you with just three clicks! It is designed to accompany the patient or family members from the beginning of the reaction until it is fully controlled. And the best thing is that when you download it to your cell phone you will have all the information in your pocket, including a quick calculation of pharmacological dosage and steps to follow. It also allows you to create a medical report in pdf format that you can easily share with restaurants, family and friends, warnings at children's parties, school records or in any situation where the food allergy condition needs to be taken into account. Once the reaction has been controlled the app keeps a history of reactions that you can share with your allergist at the time of the medical check-up, which will facilitate the follow-up and better diagnosis. Add an extensive first aid kit including all possible combinations of available treatments (antihistamines, corticosteroids and adrenaline). Do not hesitate and download the application! It will be a great help. This is an application that should NOT replace a medical visit. We recommend its use after a correct diagnosis and allergological treatment.
