Vulcra helps technical teams get work done. Bring your files, questions, and projects, and work through them with Vulcra and your team in one place. Access requires an existing organization-managed or company account created outside the app. GET WORK DONE Vulcra reads your documents, spreadsheets, PDFs, and photos and turns them into what you need: summaries, reports, spreadsheets, and new files. It runs the numbers and shows the results right in the chat with charts, tables, diagrams, interactive visuals, pictures, and 3D models you can turn with a finger. Database backups open as tables you can query. WORK TOGETHER Projects keep the chats, files, notes, and instructions for one topic in one place. Share them with your team so everyone works from the same chats and files, or send someone a copy of a chat. Your Inbox shows every open chat at a glance: what's working, what's done, and what's waiting on you. KEEP IT MOVING Schedule tasks that run on their own, like a brief of your day every weekday morning, and set reminders for yourself or your team. Results come back to your Inbox, with a notification or an email. Notes hold what you want to remember, and Vulcra can read and update them. YOUR EMAIL, CALENDAR, AND FILES Connect your work account and Vulcra can read your email and calendar, find a time that works, draft replies, and bring in your files. It never sends an email or changes your calendar on its own: it writes the draft or the change, and you press Send or Apply. Web search brings in up-to-date information when you need it. IN THE FIELD OR AT YOUR DESK Dictate instead of typing, pick up on your phone a chat you started on the web, and use the full sidebar layout on iPad. Choose the model that fits the job, from quick to thorough. Vulcra keeps growing, with tools built around the way each team works.
