You can also setup recurring payments so that you never forget and get charged a pesky late fee. This app gives you quick access to your governing documents, previous meeting minutes, previous financials, or any other community documents with just a few taps of the screen. In addition, you can report issues with your association's common area by issuing a work order so that the management team can get someone out there to the property to remedy the problem. Another great feature of this app is a community calendar which shows all upcoming events or notices so that you can stay updated on what is happening with in your association.
