About

Session

Features

Get back to work, and stay on it. Session is the focus alarm that calls you back to your desk. You step away for a minute and an hour disappears. Session gives every break a clear end. Set when you want to be back, and when that moment comes, Session rings until you are at your desk again. FOCUS LOCK: THE ALARM YOU CAN'T SNOOZE AWAY Focus Lock is for the days you keep getting pulled away. - It rings as a full-screen alarm, even in silent mode. - Stop it without coming back, and it rings again five minutes later, up to three more times. - Pick the apps that steal your attention. Session blocks them with Screen Time until you return. - To end it, go back to your desk and scan your work screen with the camera. Proof that you are back ends the alarm and lifts the block. Recovery Unlock is always there if the camera is unavailable. Focus Lock blocks only what you choose. It never locks your whole phone. REMINDER ONLY Want something gentler? Reminder Only rings once at your return time and blocks nothing. HOW IT WORKS 1. Set a return time, or let Session read it from your screen. 2. Choose Focus Lock or Reminder Only. 3. Take your break without watching the clock. 4. Session calls you back. Scan your screen and keep going. BUILT FOR DEEP WORK Session works with the tools you already use. Today it reads the Usage screens of Claude Code and Codex, so it knows exactly when your coding agent is ready again and calls you back at that moment. You can always set a return time by hand. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Text recognition runs on your device. Camera images and the text read from them never leave your phone. Session never asks for your accounts and never sees your work. Product analytics is on by default and you can turn it off at any time in Settings. FREE TO START, SESSION PRO FOR EVERY DAY Start free with Limited Access: a few reminders each week. Session Pro removes the weekly limit and unlocks your History, so you can see every session you came back for. Session Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, offered weekly or annually. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Session is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic or OpenAI. Download Session and make your next break end on time.
