The app was initially developed to manage personal lifestyle projects managed as a simple to-do list with just a few inputs. There was also a strong focus on effectively managing the personal aspects of large-scale projects. Since its initial development, it has been improved by adding convenience and professional functions, such as the function list at the bottom, to enable easy and detailed project management. It will help you keep track of and manage your overall progress rather than simply managing it as a to-do list. With the concept of a project, we can define many things in our daily life as a project. As a simple example, you could create a project called 'Drive my car'. To drive your own car, you can create a task called 'get a driver's license' and a task called 'buy a car'. To the task called 'get a driver's license', you can add to-do lists such as 'Study for driver's license test', 'Driver's license test', and 'Attend driving school'. For a to-do called 'Driver's license test', you can break the to-do down into small lists that include the driver's license test steps. You can also put a to-do list for the task called ‘Buy a Car’, such as ‘Get Car Prices Online’, ‘Visit a Car Dealer’, ‘Buy a Car’, etc. If you have a deadline, such as a license exam, you can also set a deadline and, if necessary, set an alarm to notify you 30 minutes in advance. For tasks that have a fixed number of times, such as going to a driving school, you can manage the progress conveniently by setting the maximum progress to the number of times. For tasks, it automatically calculates and displays progress based on the progress of the to-dos. As you proceed with the project, you may leave a project log saying, “I need to get used to using the accelerator pedal because driving is too slow at the driving school test site.” We do not do just one project in our daily life, such as ‘driving a car’. This app allows you to create and manage as many projects as you want. You can convert your project to text and share it, edit it with other programs, or back it up. This example is for a lifestyle project. This can also be applied to private parts of your organization's projects. This is an offline app that stores all your data on your device. Many features have been updated based on user reviews. If you feel any inconvenience or lack of functionality, please leave a review. Automatic photo and video backup to your NAS — no subscription and no ads. DavRoll is a free personal app that scans the photo library you authorize to back up new photos and standard videos. It can also back up contacts (as vCard) and PDF documents from folders you choose. Your backup files go only to storage you own or manage, and you can browse and restore them anytime. If the auto-upload app that came with your NAS let you down, DavRoll takes over your photo auto-upload: background sync uploads new photos on its own, failed uploads are retried automatically, and a Wi-Fi-only option keeps your mobile data untouched. Supported storage • NAS — connect via WebDAV or SMB • Self-hosted servers such as Nextcloud — connect via WebDAV • Amazon S3-compatible storage, with setup presets for Backblaze B2, Cloudflare R2, Wasabi, and MinIO • Google Drive • Microsoft OneDrive app folder • Dropbox App Folder • iCloud Drive folders • Back up to one or more destinations at the same time Backup • Manual and background auto sync for photos and standard videos, with automatic retries • Wi-Fi-only upload option to save mobile data • Export contacts as vCard and back up PDF documents from folders you choose • WebDAV and S3 uploads count as successful only after passing SHA-256 checksum verification • Optionally encrypt new WebDAV and S3 photo backups on your device • Optional lossless JPEG XL recompression for WebDAV and S3 JPEG backups — the original JPEG is rebuilt on restore • Preview and approve natural-language organization rules for new photos, with optional bounded event-name suggestions Restore Center • Browse, search, and sort your backups in each configured destination • Restore selected files or supported folders sequentially • Share or delete multiple restored files • Save supported images back to Photos without re-encoding • Conflict-safe naming that never overwrites existing local files Privacy first • Credentials stay in Keychain-backed secure storage on your device • WebDAV and S3 connections are HTTPS-only • Original photos, videos, and backup files are uploaded only to the storage you configure • The optional natural-language organizer sends only instructions, locale, and bounded event-name metadata to the DavRoll API; it does not send photos, filenames, paths, EXIF, or location • Firebase is used only for crash reporting and aggregate analytics • No ads, no ad trackers Privacy policy: https://davroll.nine20.net/en/
