DOCSIOS helps you understand downstream and upstream power, SNR/MER, modulation, OFDM/OFDMA, and uncorrectable errors without digging through raw modem data. Open focused details for channels, trends, modulation, events, speed tests, monitor targets, segment utilization, comparisons, BQM, Smokeping, snapshots, incidents, exports, and complaint workflows. The Apple Watch app and Home Screen widgets make it easy to check your connection at a glance. Local badges, notifications, and Live Activities help you keep track of relevant status changes and unacknowledged events. DOCSIOS communicates exclusively with your self-hosted DOCSight instance. No diagnostic data is collected, sold, or transmitted to third parties by DOCSIOS. DOCSIOS requires a running DOCSight backend. Full functionality requires a recent DOCSight version with current dashboard and signal-family metric support.
