About

Plottery AI

Features

Plottery is a role-playing game. You say what your character does, and a language model writes what happens next. The model runs on your own hardware, so there are no message limits and playing is free. An iPhone or iPad can run a small model on its own, and that is enough to try. For a larger model, install Plottery on your computer and pair the two in Settings. The story then runs on the computer's graphics card while you read and write on your iPhone or iPad. Your stories, chats and scenarios stay in sync between the two. Key features: - Stories: Take turns with a narrator. You act or speak, and the narrator writes what happens next. - Chats: Talk to one character or several at once, with no narrator. Put two in the same chat and they answer each other. - Use your own computer: Pair the app with your computer once, and the model runs on its graphics card. - The app keeps track: After every turn it updates each character's sheet, the items, the clock and the quests, so the narrator does not lose the thread of a long story. - Voices: You describe a voice in plain words and the app makes it. It then reads each character's lines in that character's voice. - Any model: You can use any GGUF model from Hugging Face. - Private: Your stories are on your device. You need no internet to play once you have a model. - Community: Browse the scenarios, characters and card packs other players have published. Import them into your own templates, like them and comment on them. Community needs a subscription. How it works: - Download a model: On the first run the app offers one that fits your device and installs it in a tap. - Or use your computer: Open Plottery on your computer, pair the two, and the model runs there instead. - Pick a scenario: Write one yourself, have the model draft one from a prompt, import a scenario file, or import one from Community. - Play: Type what your character does, and read what happens next. Community subscription: Plottery Community is a monthly subscription that renews automatically. New subscribers get the first month free, then pay the monthly price shown in the app. Apple charges the payment to your Apple Account. The subscription renews each month unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Everything else in Plottery is free. Terms of Use: https://plottery.app/legal#terms Privacy Policy: https://plottery.app/legal#privacy
