Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: TAB at none against The Falcon Community's shown. TAB also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported) and ratings volume (6 vs 1). The Falcon Community's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for TAB against 5.0 for The Falcon Community. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TAB has 6 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
