A training log for lifting and calisthenics, built on two promises. You are never confused about where you are. Logging a set is one glance and one tap. THE LOGGING LOOP Set the weight, tap the rep you did. The rest timer starts itself, the next set is queued, and the weight and reps you did at that position last time are already on screen. No forms, no keyboard, no hunting for a button mid-set. A personal record is marked only when it is one. Assisted reps and warm-up sets never count toward it. 447 MOVEMENTS Every implement is its own entry, the way lifters actually name them, so a barbell bench press and a dumbbell bench press are separate lifts because they are. Search reaches nicknames too, so "military press" finds the overhead press. Add your own in seconds. Holds and carries are measured in time rather than reps, because a plank is not eight reps at zero pounds. YOUR TRAINING STAYS ON YOUR PHONE Sign in once with Apple or Google. There is no password to invent and no email form to fill in. That account is not where your training goes. Sessions, sets, weights, records and streaks are written to your phone and work with no signal. Deleting your account does not touch them. No advertising. No analytics. No tracking. BRING YOUR HISTORY, AND TAKE IT AWAY AGAIN Already keeping a log somewhere else? Import the CSV. The file is read and shown to you before a single row is written: how many sets, over what span, every movement matched and every one that was not. Importing the same file twice is safe. Export is one row per set, as a CSV that opens anywhere. ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN AND YOUR WRIST The movement, set number, rest countdown and session clock stay live on your lock screen without unlocking. On Apple Watch you can log from your wrist, with heart rate and measured energy. TRAIN WITH PEOPLE, NOT AN AUDIENCE Small private groups, joined by a link. A group streak that holds as long as everyone keeps logging, where a rest day you declare counts as keeping your word. No followers, no feed, no messaging. A coach can be given access to exactly the categories you tick, and can suggest routines you accept or decline. You can revoke it at any time, and revoking deletes what was shared rather than hiding it. ALSO IN THE BOX Plate math. An RPE calculator that explains the scale. Supersets. Kilograms or pounds, switchable at any time including your whole history. Apple Health. A share card for your session.
