Verdict
The clearest difference is price: wristSkinTemperature at Free against Vitals's $4.99. wristSkinTemperature also leads on ratings volume (6 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). Vitals's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 2.3) and update cadence (every 3 days vs fortnightly). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
