PFB vs Guru Remote

Welcome to the new PFB app. 100% Made in Italy, like our products. Conceived and designed to simplify your relationship with us, this app will give you the possibility to: • Scan* the QR code found on safety products such as overspeed governors and safety gears to obtain all the technical information: certificate of conformity, type approval certificate, user manual, technical data sheet and relevant catalogue page. If your QR code no longer reads or is not present, don't worry, you can enter your product data manually and get all the documents listed above. • View products with 360 degree photos directly from your iPhone and find the one that suits you best. • Browse the entire product catalogue with the technical characteristics of each product. • Watch #Explained tutorials that will provide you with explanations on the assembly, options and features of our latest products. • Text us on WhatsApp Business for a super-fast response. • Consult the user manuals of any product, directly in-app. • Read Frequent Asked Questions (FAQ) and find quick answers to your questions. • Read the latest news on products, events and more. • Stay up to date with the latest news thanks to push notifications. Have you noticed something wrong or do you have suggestions or want to suggest new ideas? Contact us at digital@pfb.it. *This feature is available on products shipped after 10/10/2022 that include the QR code 'Product Traceabilty' on the label.
