Walk first. Then scroll. ScrollShield turns your real-world walking into spendable minutes for the apps that pull you in. Choose the apps you want to pause, walk with Pip, and decide for yourself when a few minutes of screen time are worth spending. No guilt trips. No dopamine lectures. No 14-year doom statistics. Just a fair, honest swap: 100 verified steps = 1 minute of screen time. HOW IT WORKS 1. CHOOSE YOUR PROTECTED APPS Select the habitual-scroll apps you want to put behind healthy friction. Essential tools, messaging, and maps stay completely untouched. 2. WALK IN REAL LIFE Put your phone in your pocket and take a walk. For every 100 verified steps tracked via Apple Health, you bank +1 minute of screen time. 3. SPEND ON PURPOSE When you want to open Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube, choose an intentional duration (e.g., 15 minutes). Pip sits down, your session counts down, and when time is up, your apps quietly lock again. MEET PIP: YOUR WALKING COMPANION Pip is an olive hiking bird who lives on your screen. Pip doesn't judge you, lecture you, or track your personal life. Pip simply walks when you walk, bounces when you bank a minute, sits while you scroll, and gently lets you know when your session is finished. Pip's States: - Sleeping: When your bank is empty in the morning. - Walking: Live step feedback as you move toward your next minute. - +1 Min Bounce: Instant visual recognition at every 100-step milestone. - Sitting: Keeping you company during your intentional unlock countdown. - Attentive: "Time's up. Walk for more." BUILT FOR HONEST, SUSTAINABLE HABITS - 100 STEPS = 1 MINUTE A clear, transparent exchange rate. No virtual currencies, no complex point systems, and no arbitrary rules. - CONSCIOUS UNLOCK SESSIONS Starting an unlock is an active, deliberate choice. You pick the app and the duration. Minutes never leak invisibly in the background. - MIDNIGHT CLEAN SLATE Every night at midnight, your minute bank resets to zero. Yesterday's screen time doesn't follow you, and you start fresh every morning with a peaceful walk. - ONE OPTIONAL DAILY QUEST No endless checklists or chores. Just one simple morning challenge - like walking 2,000 steps before noon for a 10-minute bonus. If you miss it, it disappears quietly with zero guilt. - GENTLE STREAKS Pip celebrates when you return on days 3, 7, and 14. But streaks are a celebration of consistency - never a score to protect with panic. 100% PRIVATE & ON-DEVICE ScrollShield uses Apple's native Screen Time API (FamilyControls) and Apple HealthKit to manage app shielding and verified step tracking entirely on your device. - No account required - No browsing history or personal app usage data is ever collected - No location tracking - 100% on-device processing Walk first. Then scroll. Start your first 100 steps today. Privacy Policy: https://atif-09.github.io/abmatechprivacypolicy/ Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
