Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Casper VIP at 5.0 against Hot Player's 3.9. Casper VIP also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 4) and update cadence (every 3 days vs every 3 months). Hot Player's advantage is ratings volume (16 vs 2) and device support (5 vs 2). On price and ads there is nothing between them.
