Hold your breath. Train with purpose. See your progress. Odma is a focused breath-hold trainer for freedivers, dry apnea practice, and anyone curious about their maximum breath-hold time. Train with a precise Max Hold timer, guided CO₂ and O₂ Tables, detailed statistics, Apple Watch support, and private iCloud sync — without unnecessary distractions. MAX HOLD, MADE SIMPLE Start a precise Max Hold timer with one tap. Use a customizable countdown before your attempt and optional strong haptic cues at 30-second and full-minute intervals, so you can stay focused without watching the screen. CO₂ AND O₂ TABLES Create structured CO₂ and O₂ Tables using Easy, Intermediate, or Expert presets based on your reference Max Hold. Build fully Custom Tables, adjust every round, rename or duplicate your plans, and review the complete sequence before training. GUIDED TRAINING Follow each recovery and hold phase with clear on-screen guidance, configurable haptics, and optional spoken audio cues. Pause, resume, skip recovery, finish a hold early, or stop at any time. Background timing, Lock Screen Live Activities, and Dynamic Island support help your session continue when Odma is not open. APPLE WATCH Odma also includes an Apple Watch app, bringing breath-hold practice to your wrist alongside the iPhone experience. STATISTICS THAT GROW WITH YOU Track Max Hold personal bests, averages, recent measurements, and progress over time. Table statistics include 7-day, 30-day, and all-time views, interactive CO₂/O₂ activity charts, training time, completed rounds, active days, and current and best streaks. Tap or drag across a graph to inspect individual dates and durations. YOUR DATA, YOUR DEVICES Max Holds, Tables, and Table training results can sync through your private iCloud database. Export Max Hold measurements and detailed Table sessions as CSV files, share a designed Max Hold result card, or delete individual entries and training data whenever you choose. ODMA PRO — ONE-TIME PURCHASE Create, generate, customize, and explore Tables for free. Starting guided CO₂ or O₂ Table training requires Odma Pro — a one-time lifetime unlock with no subscription. Restore your purchase on another device using the same App Store account. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Odma has no ads, no Odma account, and no developer-operated server. Your practice data stays on your device and, when enabled, in your private iCloud database. WHY “ODMA”? The name is inspired by an Austrian-Bavarian dialect pronunciation related to “atmen” — the German word for “to breathe.” Short, calm, and connected to where Odma was created. PRACTICE SAFELY Odma is intended only for dry breath-hold practice while sitting or lying down in a safe place. Never use it in or near water, while driving, walking, or standing. Never hyperventilate. Stop immediately if you feel dizzy or unwell. Use of Odma and all breath-hold practice is at your own risk. Odma is a timer and training companion, not a medical device or a substitute for medical advice.
