Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Velio at 5.0 against PlaytestCloud's 3.3. PlaytestCloud's advantage is ratings volume (354 vs 2) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
