The police called it an accident. Her phone says otherwise. Maya Torres left a birthday party early and drowned off the end of Harbor Point pier. The police closed the case in five days. Now her sister slides Maya's phone across the kitchen table, with the passcode. Everything on it is evidence, and Recently Deleted empties itself in three days. Recently Deleted is a found-phone detective game. Read a stranger's life, find what someone tried to erase, work out what really happened, and name who did it. DIG THROUGH HER PHONE • Chats, including the messages someone deleted • Gallery, with a Recently Deleted album and an info panel showing when and where each photo was taken • Notes, some of them locked • Mail, Trash included • Agenda, Calls and voicemail transcripts • Places, a timeline of everywhere the phone went • A banking app and the Web history Some notes, albums and apps are locked, and their codes are hidden somewhere else on the phone. SOLVE IT, DON'T GUESS IT What you read hands you clue words. Each chapter is a page of statements with blanks: fill them in from your word bank, then check the page. If one or two are wrong, it tells you so, but never which ones. The last page is your accusation. • Fair by design: every case is checked by a tool that catches contradicting dates, messages sent after someone died and codes you can't find, so every answer can be worked out from the evidence. • Pin anything to your evidence board. • Stuck? Free hints go from a nudge, to a pointer that takes you to the right item, to the answer. • Close the case and share a spoiler-free card with your time and hints. THREE CASES, ABOUT AN HOUR EACH Every case is a complete mystery in six chapters, about 45 to 60 minutes. • Case 1, Last Seen at Harbor Point (free): the police called it an accident. Her phone says otherwise. • Case 2, Switchback Nine: her phone got to the overlook almost three hours after she did. • Case 3, Quarry Road: he fell asleep by the heater, they said. His bags were in the car. A FAIR PRICE, NO TRICKS • Case 1 is free and complete. It's a whole case, not a demo. • Case 2 and Case 3 are $3.99 each. Pay once, keep it forever. • The Season Pass ($9.99) unlocks Cases 2 to 5, including two cases still being written. They unlock the day they're released. • No ads. No energy. No timers. No subscription. • Every purchase works with Family Sharing. Restore any time, no account needed. MADE BY A PERSON No AI images or voices. Photos are illustrated, voicemails are transcripts, and every case is written and edited by hand. Every case, person and place is fictional. ALSO • Plays offline • Your progress follows you through iCloud • VoiceOver descriptions for every photo, plus Dynamic Type and Reduce Motion support • Anonymous usage statistics only, and you can turn them off Privacy Policy: https://idanrk.github.io/recently-deleted/privacy.html Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Multiplayer Fun at none against Recently Deleted's 3. Multiplayer Fun also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.0). Recently Deleted's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (daily vs every 4 months). On price there is nothing between them.
