Run your tire shop from your phone. DuroBay keeps inventory, customers, job tickets, and receipts in one place, so you are not running the shop from a notebook and a whiteboard. It is built for the way a small shop actually works: a walk-in arrives, you check stock, build a ticket, finish the job, get paid, and hand over a receipt. WHAT YOU GET • Tire inventory you can search by size, brand, model, or rack location. Type 2255517 or 225 55 17 and it finds the 225/55R17. • New and used tires tracked separately, with photos and DOT codes. Used tires are kept as lots, with the tread depth of each tire. • Camera scanning: photograph a sidewall and the app reads size, brand, model, and DOT to prefill the form. You confirm every value before saving. • Save and next: scan a whole delivery, one tire after another. • Low stock alerts before you run out of the sizes that move. • Customer records with vehicles, phone numbers, and past work. • Job tickets with a tire stepper, services, and a running total. Customer and vehicle are optional, so a walk-in sale is a few taps. • Get paid: cash, card, Square, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo or check, with an optional reference. Your Zelle, Cash App and Venmo handles print on the receipt with a QR code. • Receipts generated from a paid job, ready to print or share. • Today screen for the owner: what to reorder, open jobs, and what was paid today, with Mark ordered so nobody orders twice. • Optional job board with waiting, in progress and ready lanes for shops with bays. Off by default. • Rack labels with a QR code (Pro). Share the sheet to print it, stick the labels on, scan one to open that tire. • A pair finder that spots used tires you can sell together as a set (Pro). • An optional public availability page. Customers open a link and see what you have in stock by size. No login for them. • The whole app in English or Spanish. Switch from Settings or the sign-in screen. • Try it without an account: get in without registering, and save the account whenever you want. HOW IT WORKS Find the tire, tap Sell, set the quantity, add labor, tap Get paid and pick how they paid. The receipt is ready to print or share. Deliveries go in with the camera: scan, confirm, save and next. GOOD TO KNOW You can try it without an account and save the account later. Or sign in with an email address and password. Sidewall photos and photos of your stock list are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI to read the text. The app asks before the first photo is sent. Reading is not perfect, so the app always asks you to confirm the values. The camera is used to scan tire sidewalls, rack-label QR codes, and photos of your stock list. All of it is optional: you can type every field by hand. No ads, no analytics trackers, and no selling of your data. You can delete your account from Settings: this removes your login, and if you are the only member of your shop it deletes that shop's data too. PLANS DuroBay is free to use with up to 100 tires in stock, 1 user, 30 scans and 25 paid tickets a month. Shop and Pro are optional auto-renewing subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it any time in your App Store account settings.
