Verdict
The clearest difference is ratings volume: MakePaper at 5 against 省省奶茶's 1. MakePaper also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. MakePaper sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and 省省奶茶 sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for MakePaper against 5.0 for 省省奶茶. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MakePaper has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
