Washny brings the car wash to wherever your car is - outside your home, in the office car park, or anywhere you left it. No queues, no driving around. OUR SERVICES - Mobile car wash: available to order now - Mattress & floor washing: coming soon - Furniture & sofa washing: coming soon - Water tank washing: coming soon - Solar panel washing: coming soon HOW IT WORKS 1. Choose "Mobile car wash", then your car and the type of wash. You see the price from the start, with no surprises at the end. 2. Set your car's location on the map, or pick a saved place you use often. 3. Choose how to pay: cash to the captain, or online by card or wallet. 4. The nearest available captain accepts your order, and you see his name, rating and how far away he is. 5. Follow him on the map until he arrives, watch the wash progress step by step, then rate your captain. MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS Monthly packages with a set number of washes, for sedans and for SUVs. Washes are used automatically when you order for that car type, and you can see how many are left and when your subscription ends at any time. Subscription orders are clearly marked, so the captain never asks you for money. WHY WASHNY - Clear prices before you order: you know the amount before you tap "Order", and the online payment fee is shown as its own line before you pay. - Live tracking on the map, so you know exactly where your captain is. - Direct contact: call or WhatsApp your captain once the order is accepted. - Your cars are saved, and you can add a photo of each so the captain recognises it straight away. - Saved places: home and work in one tap. - A note to the captain with every order: "The car is behind the mosque" or "Call when you arrive". - A friendly reminder to take cash and valuables out of the car before the wash, so they stay safely with you. - A support team you can reach directly if you need to change or cancel an order after a captain has accepted it. - Fully available in Arabic and English. FOR CAPTAINS If you work in car washing, you can apply from inside the app. Tap "Become a captain" on the sign-in screen. Once approved, go online and start receiving orders near you, with the earnings for each order shown clearly, and prepaid orders clearly marked so you never collect money for them. PAYMENT Pay in cash to the captain when the wash is done, or online by card or wallet when you order. Online payment takes place on a secure payment page with our payment provider; Washny never stores any card details. Monthly subscriptions are paid online only. PRIVACY We use your location to set where the wash happens and to match you with the nearest captain. A captain shares his location with you only while he is carrying out your order. We don't sell your data and we don't show ads. Privacy policy: https://washny.senmmar.com/privacy Account deletion: https://washny.senmmar.com/delete-account Support: info@senmmar.com
