OCPP Tool is a lightweight, fully local utility for commissioning EV chargers over Bluetooth using the BluFi protocol — no account, no cloud, and no data collection. Connect to a charger over Bluetooth and configure everything on-site: • Scan & connect — discover nearby BluFi-enabled chargers and connect in seconds, with live signal strength. • Secure channel — an encrypted handshake (Diffie–Hellman key exchange + AES) protects every command sent to the charger. • WiFi provisioning — configure Station mode (SSID, password, BSSID) or SoftAP mode, or scan the charger's nearby WiFi list and pick a network. • OCPP setup — write the OCPP WebSocket URL and ChargePoint Identity straight to the charger. • Cellular & network — set the LTE APN and choose the network preference (Auto / Ethernet / WiFi / 4G). • Status at a glance — read the device firmware version, WiFi connection status and live network state. • Custom data — send and receive raw payloads for advanced diagnostics. Built for installers, field technicians and developers who need a fast, reliable, offline way to bring chargers online. Privacy first: OCPP Tool has no backend and makes no network requests.
