Soneri Enable is an application for the Learning Management System (LMS) of Soneri Bank Limited, an online learning solution to help the Bank staff to acquire the required knowledge and skills; whether it is for the current role or to achieve aspirations. This app has multi-functional features that includes e-learning modules, in-house learning calendars, assessments, surveys, e-library, training needs analyses (TNA) and various other learning interventions. The LMS replaces isolated, fragmented and paper based learning with a systematic, digitized, learner centric means of assessing and developing competences across all functions. Key Features: - Self-running e-learning modules that are creatively designed. - All mandatory online assessments are available. - Theme of the Month and other engagement activities are available - Quarterly learning calendar will be available. - Enable staff to enroll for classroom sessions. - Staff can give training feedback through LMS. - e-Library in which 600+ e-Books are available. - Staff can view their learning progress, through dashboard. - Online surveys will now be conducted through LMS. - Learning calendars and program offerings of external institutions. - This App is Cloud based through which the LMS can be accessed from anywhere.
