SC Leadership Summit vs NLDC

This year’s Leadership Summit focus will empower leaders to embody our values-based behaviors and leadership qualities by diving into management and leadership foundations and providing tools to help you own what happens. The event will be 100% virtual to assist in Fulfilling Our Mission and to be accessible to leaders across the organization.

Join us June 20-22, 2023 at the National Leadership Development Conference where a spotlight will shine on Embracing the Leader Within. We as businesspeople need sharper and smarter tools than ever, in order to put a laser focus on the people we serve. These tools begin with servant leadership. Carefully selected speakers educate you, as they engage your creative thought processes. By the end of the conference, you will be embracing trust, relationships, and building strategy for the future. To do this, you’ll need important leadership tools. After all, you’re the one responsible for leading your teams to their fullest potential. This happens through servant leadership — your main goal as a leader is serving your team. You’ll learn to innovate, adapt, become an agile leader, and create strong teams that serve guests in amazing ways.
