$49 Roadside assistance and towing services near you. On-demand, no membership needed. Get fast, reliable roadside assistance directly from your phone. I Need Roadside connects drivers with nearby roadside professionals across the U.S. — anytime, day or night. Request 24/7 emergency roadside help for jump starts, flat tire changes, tire repair, mobile tire replacement, vehicle lockouts, fuel delivery, battery installation, stuck or stripped lug-nut removal, and winch-out assistance. Need a tow? I Need Roadside also connects you with nearby towing providers. Towing services start at $75, depending on distance. Open the app and immediately view nearby roadside providers on the live map. See who is available, where they are, and how far they are from your location before requesting service. You do not have to create an account or pay anything just to view nearby help. Once your roadside request is accepted, live provider tracking lets you follow your provider on the map as they travel to you. If the weather is cold, raining, snowing, or extremely hot, you can wait somewhere safe and receive an alert when your provider arrives or finishes the service. Before your provider arrives, you can view their profile and learn more about who you are working with. I Need Roadside keeps you informed every step of the way. Receive updates when your provider arrives, when the service is completed, and when your approval or confirmation is needed. You can also message your provider with helpful details, including your exact parking location, vehicle description, gate code, nearby landmark, or additional information about the problem. Secure your service through the app and pay your provider after the work is completed. Your provider does not receive payment before completing the roadside job. Once the service is finished, you can review the completed work, confirm the service, and approve the job. This creates a safer and more transparent experience for customers and providers. Roadside emergencies happen unexpectedly. I Need Roadside gives customers access to multiple payment options that may include credit cards, debit cards, Cash App Pay, Amazon Pay, bank payment, Klarna, and Afterpay. Qualified customers may be able to use available pay-later options and pay as low as $12 today. Payment availability and eligibility may vary. I Need Roadside also gives roadside professionals the opportunity to earn money helping drivers in their area. Signing up is easy and free. Providers can begin the application process directly through the app and complete registration in less than 10 minutes. Providers can receive nearby roadside job opportunities, work on their own schedule, choose which services they provide, accept the jobs they want, receive weekly payouts, and keep 100% of their tips.
