The contact sheet that actually keeps you in touch. Every family in your kindergarten, class or group in one place: phone numbers and photos, upcoming birthdays, and who is on duty today. Parents fill in their own details from a single WhatsApp link — so the sheet is always up to date, on everyone's phone. HOW IT WORKS 1. Create a contact sheet — sign in, name your group, done. One minute. 2. Share one WhatsApp link — every family fills in their own details: name, birthday, phone numbers and a photo. You see who has finished. 3. Print it for the wall — a designed poster for the classroom, and a live sheet on every parent's phone. WHAT'S INSIDE • Parents fill it in themselves — one link in the group. No paper forms, no spreadsheets. • Fast search by name, phone or address • Save every contact to your phone in one tap • Upcoming birthdays — never miss one • Who's on duty today — teachers and assistants, morning or afternoon • The group board — reminders, holiday schedule and allergens in one place • Playdates in seconds — pick a child and a ready WhatsApp message opens to their parent • Poster for the wall — dozens of designs, A4, PDF. Print it tonight. PRIVACY The sheet is private. Only people who received a link from the group admin can see it. It is not indexed by search engines and never public. You decide what appears — address, birthday and medical notes are shown only if you chose to. Data is encrypted in transit and stored securely. FOR ANY GROUP Kindergartens, school classes, clubs, sports teams, pilates or running groups — anything that needs a contact sheet. In adult groups each participant fills in their own details.
