Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: FXWe at 100% against 世界日報 World Journal's 53%. FXWe also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). 世界日報 World Journal's advantage is ratings volume (10K vs 1) and chart position (#199 vs unranked). On price, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
