The app uses that baseline to generate a sequence of guided CO₂ and O₂ sessions using fixed training-table values. WHAT YOU GET • A completion-driven 28-day training cadence • 21 guided sessions with clear voice and timer cues • 24- or 48-hour recovery spacing after completed sessions • Progress tracking and personal-best history • An optional comfortable retest after the final session • A new cycle generated from your latest baseline FREE ACCESS Onboarding, the comfortable baseline, personal-best history, and the first guided session are free. PRO ACCESS Continue with the remaining guided sessions using either the annual or monthly Pro plan. Eligible annual subscribers can try Pro for seven days. Pricing and availability are shown by Apple before purchase. IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION This app is for dry training only. Never use it in water. Do not hyperventilate. Train only while sitting or lying down somewhere safe, and stop immediately for discomfort, dizziness, or as soon as you need to breathe.
