Verdict
The clearest difference is price: Weather App + at Free against Where Now!'s $0.99. Weather App + also leads on ratings volume (30 vs 2) and iOS requirement (16.2 vs 18.0). Where Now!'s advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 3 months) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
