Hydra Nation turns healthy hydration into a fun daily habit. Log every glass of water and watch it power up your very own alien companion — Blip, Nova, Marea and more — as they grow, evolve, and unlock new looks. Build your streak, earn coins, and spend them in the shop on outfits and accessories for your alien crew. Compare your day with friends on the leaderboard, and earn coins for finishing top. Take a break from logging with quick side quests: dodge asteroids, run the cosmic track, or crack the Signal Decrypt puzzle. Test your knowledge with hydration quizzes, and learn real hydration facts pulled from trusted sources like the NHS, Mayo Clinic, and Harvard. Design your own alien mothership, track your daily goal with a calendar and a weekly graph, and get gentle reminders throughout the day so you never forget to drink up.
