Verdict
The clearest difference is monetization model: Now Pho at free against G's free with in-app purchases. Now Pho also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7). G's advantage is ratings volume (119 vs 10) and update cadence (every 6 months vs every 13 months). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
