The OWNU App is part of UNESCO's Our Rights, Our Lives, Our Future (O3 PLUS) project and Traders Mark. The O3 Plus project seeks to ensure that young people in higher and tertiary education institutions in the East and Southern Africa region realize positive health, education, and gender equality outcomes through sustained reductions in new HIV infections, unintended pregnancy, and gender-based violence. This app aims to empower Zambian tertiary students with a tool to access information about sexual and reproductive health, professional counselling and peer counselling services. Liseli Decision Lab is the name of this app which was created to bring together people in Zambia and social scientists from around the world. Liseli's function is that people in Zambia can earn money by participating in research studies via their smartphones. To this end, people living in Zambia can sign up and then receive occasional invitations to participate in studies and earn money.
