Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Woolx Merino at none against Longevity Rx's shown. Woolx Merino also leads on ratings volume (2K vs 2) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). Longevity Rx's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 86%) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). On price, rating, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Woolx Merino against 5.0 for Longevity Rx. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Woolx Merino has 2K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 86% of Woolx Merino's written reviews are positive against 100% of Longevity Rx's.
Woolx Merino ships an update fortnightly, Longevity Rx every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
