Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: UMG Care at 5.0 against Three Trees Delivery's 3.2. Three Trees Delivery's advantage is ratings volume (21 vs 1) and update cadence (every 4 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
