Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Sales TRKR at 5.0 against Terros's 3.8. Sales TRKR also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 4). Terros's advantage is ratings volume (101 vs 2) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Terros sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $29.99 per month. Sales TRKR asks for nothing beyond the download.
Sales TRKR holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Terros has 101 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
