Kairos Wealth è un’applicazione dedicata ai clienti di Kairos Partners SGR che permette di visualizzare in tempo reale la propria situazione patrimoniale. Oltre alla fotografia del patrimonio complessivo, distinto tra servizio di Gestione Patrimoniale ed Amministrato, è possibile accedere ai singoli mandati e ai dettagli di portafoglio, ovvero asset class, titoli, liquidità, performance e alle relative movimentazioni. E’ inoltre disponibile una pagina dedicata alle rubriche e agli approfondimenti di Kairos Partners SGR, per rimanere aggiornati sulle principali tematiche di mercato e di scenario economico attraverso i professionisti della gestione. L’applicazione sarà presto aggiornata con nuove funzionalità. Per il primo accesso è necessaria una Username e una Password; per i successivi sarà possibile implementare la modalità fingerprint o faceld. How the application helps you keep track of your accounts and budgets: - Enter your transactions by month and reconcile them with your bank statements (manage one-off and recurring transactions), - Balance monitoring by account and calendar year, - Identification of expenditure budgets (up to 5 different budgets) and tracking by gauge, - Identification of transaction categories and sub-categories, - Estimation of your CO₂ consumption based on the calculation of equivalents (Search for values by API key, with a paying OpenAI© subscription or use the equivalents included in the software and updated according to your estimates), - View your annual CO₂ balance sheet, - Visualisation of expenditure and income by category and month, - Optimisation of your expenditure thanks to the calculation of statistics on your operations, and a calendar view of your operations, - Search by amount and name of your transactions, - Archiving of accounts by year, - Import and export transactions in CSV format, - Encrypted backup and restore of your data, - ...
