Visual Snow Simulator is an interactive educational tool designed to help users visualize, demonstrate, and better understand the perceptual disturbances associated with Visual Snow Syndrome (VSS). Using your device's camera, the application applies real-time, customizable visual filters to simulate the continuous "television static" (visual noise), palinopsia (afterimages), photophobia (light sensitivity), and other visual phenomena that individuals with VSS experience daily. Key Features: • Real-time augmented reality camera filters simulating visual static. • Adjustable controls to match the specific intensity of the visual noise. • An essential communication tool for patients to show friends, family, and medical professionals exactly what they see. • Designed for raising awareness and assisting in neuro-ophthalmological research.
