La primera palabra tiene mucho que ver en la elección del idioma que se utilizará en la conversación. Por ello, con el objetivo de facilitar el uso del euskara a la clientela, es muy importante saludar con un “Kaixo!” o preguntar “Zer hartu nahi duzu?”. ¿Qué se quiere conseguir con la iniciativa ERRAZA DA? Fomentar el uso del euskera. Acercar al euskera a las personas que trabajan en hostelería, comercio u otro tipo de servicios y facilitar que la clientela pida en euskera. Que el personal de hostelería, comercio u otro tipo de servicios aprenda dos palabras al día en euskera y que, pasados tres meses, haya conseguido aprender 200 palabras / frases cortas útiles para su trabajo. Para ello, se ha planteado un ejercicio práctico, a modo de desafío. La clientela lo agradecerá y, además, valorará el esfuerzo realizado.
