With Oracle Mobile Maintenance for Oracle E-Business Suite, maintenance technicians can view and execute maintenance work on the go. - Create express work orders, and debrief work orders - View and complete assigned work, including issuing material and charging time - View and search work orders and assets - Complete operations and work orders - View asset summary including work history, failures, meter readings, quality plans, location, attributes and asset hierarchy - Record asset meter readings - Enter new quality results as well as view and update existing quality information associated to assets, operations, work orders and asset route quality results - Create simple work orders and work requests - Record and view descriptive flex fields information - Use Mobile Maintenance app in disconnected mode after initial synchronization of data from server, and perform transactions when there is no network connectivity. - Perform incremental synchronization when network connectivity is available to upload the offline transactions and download updated work from server. - View and update workflow notifications for work order release approval, work request approval, permit approval and operation assignment. AventX eAM Mobile allows maintenance users of Oracle eAM to view work order packets on the go with an iPhone or iPad – even offline. As with paper, users can mark-up electronic work orders with the added benefit of attaching rich media, like pictures and audio files, as context to the completed work. Adding to the efficiency of mobile, AventX allows technicians to route, close and upload completed work orders from anywhere, increasing time in the field and decreasing time spent manually entering the same information after the work is done.
