A singing bowl, always in your pocket. Pick a bowl, add a layer of nature underneath it, set the level of each, and let it play. No account, no ads, no internet. Built to get out of the way — for meditation, yoga, focus, sound baths, breathwork, or sleep. TWO BOWLS • Tibetan Bowls — warm, metallic, grounding • Crystal Bowls — bright, clear, long-sustaining FOUR AMBIENT LAYERS Blend one underneath the bowls, or listen to the bowls alone: • Storm — distant thunder and rain • River — moving water • Ocean — slow waves • Forest — wind and leaves MIX IT YOURSELF Separate volume sliders for the bowls and the ambience. Set the storm to a whisper under the bowls, or bring it forward and let the bowls ring underneath. Switching layers crossfades instead of cutting. Your levels are remembered. SLEEP TIMER 5 minutes, 15, 30, 1 hour, or 2 hours. The sound fades away gently at the end rather than stopping dead, so the silence doesn't wake you. Pause the audio and the timer pauses too. BUILT FOR LONG SESSIONS • Seamless loops — long recordings with the loop point hidden inside, not a short clip cycling every few seconds. • Completely offline. Nothing streams, so it works anywhere. • Plays in the background and from the lock screen, with the bowl and layer named in Now Playing. • Take a call or pull out your headphones and the session picks back up properly. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No sign-up, no ads, no analytics, no data collected. Everything it plays is already on your device.

Most migraine trackers assume you can fill in a form mid-migraine. MigraineSpy assumes you are having a migraine right now and cannot. It's designed to be simple so you can focus on recovery. Open it and there is one button: Migraine started. Tap it and you are done. Tap End migraine when it passes. Intensity, symptoms, notes and medications are all optional, and you can add them later, or never — the entry is already saved. ONE TAP, NOTHING REQUIRED The only thing MigraineSpy ever needs is a start time. Nothing is mandatory, nothing blocks you, and there is no form to complete before your migraine counts. Elapsed time is worked out from when you started, so an entry survives a force quit, a restart, or a flat battery. SYMPTOMS THAT NEVER BECOME A MIGRAINE Aura on its own. A wave of nausea. A visual disturbance that passes. These get their own kind of entry, so they stay part of your history without being counted as a migraine day and quietly inflating every number you watch. A REAL CALENDAR 1 Month, 30 days, 12 weeks, 20 weeks, 6 months or 12 months, each with a count for that period. Tap any day to see what happened. Intensity runs gold through orange to red, so a bad stretch is visible at a glance. STREAKS IN BOTH DIRECTIONS Days clear, and days in a row. Both matter, and both are there. MEDICATIONS, HONESTLY RECORDED What you took, what you took it for, and whether you noted that it helped, did nothing, or you are not sure. No claims, no scoring — just what you observed. COLOUR THAT GETS OUT OF THE WAY The app can look bright at rest and mute itself the moment a migraine starts. Or stay bright. Or stay calm. There is a dark theme, a light theme, an ultra dim mode for during an attack, and a screen dimmer you can switch on mid-migraine. Lock to portrait is on by default, because a screen that turns when you roll over is the last thing you need. YOUR JOURNAL STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE There is no account, no sign-in, and nothing is sent to a server. Backup and restore are free and always will be — save a file wherever you like, and use it to move everything to a new phone. ONE OPTIONAL PURCHASE PDF export is a one-time purchase: a readable summary of any date range, to keep, print, or take to an appointment. Everything else, including backups, stays free. There is no subscription. MigraineSpy is a personal journal. It does not give medical advice and cannot diagnose or treat anything. If you are worried about your health, talk to a doctor.
