Maar als je er nog maar net mee kennismaakt, is het fijn als je er eerst eens samen mee aan de slag kunt in alledaagse situaties. Dat is precies wat het spel ‘Spelend leren over Ondersteunde Communicatie’ (SOC) voor jullie mogelijk maakt. Met plezier en humor, want uiteindelijk draait OC om het maken van contact. Het hoeft allemaal niet direct perfect! Gebruik de game vooral om te ontdekken wat voor jullie goed werkt. Alledaagse situaties en verdiepende informatie In deze game begin je in een huis en navigeer je van daaruit naar verschillende kamers: de badkamer, de slaapkamer, de keuken, de woonkamer en de zolder. In ieder vertrek tref je voorgeprogrammeerde pictogrammen die jullie kunnen inzetten tijdens alledaagse activiteiten zoals slapen, lezen, wassen, eten of een ommetje maken. En op de zolder? Daar ligt voor de ouders, verzorgers en behandelaars allerlei verdiepende informatie over ondersteunde communicatie; handvatten om ook de stap naar specialistische OC-hulpmiddelen dichterbij te brengen, mocht daar na het spelen behoefte aan zijn. Zelf pictogrammen toevoegen Gebruikers kunnen de standaard picto-bibliotheek aanvullen met pictogrammen die zelf getekend of gefotografeerd zijn. Ook is het mogelijk om eigen audiofragmenten toe te voegen. Zo maken jullie er samen een feestje van en vinden jullie spelenderwijs de vorm van ondersteunde communicatie die bij jullie situatie past.
