Verdict
The clearest difference is monetization model: Clinical Tree at free with in-app purchases against StaveFlow's subscription. Clinical Tree also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). StaveFlow's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs monthly). On price, rating, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.
