Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: TEMPO E CLIMA at 5.0 against GlobalCast's 4.5. TEMPO E CLIMA also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ads (none vs shown). GlobalCast's advantage is ratings volume (39 vs 2). On price, review sentiment and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. GlobalCast sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. TEMPO E CLIMA asks for nothing beyond the download.
TEMPO E CLIMA holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GlobalCast has 39 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 43% of TEMPO E CLIMA's written reviews are positive against 50% of GlobalCast's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
TEMPO E CLIMA ships an update every 3 weeks, GlobalCast every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on September 21, 2026 and September 18, 2026 respectively.
