I have competed as a body builder at British level, completed Ironman Wales and I am the owner of Infinity Fitness Gym in Ferndale, South Wales. I have a vast variety of experience in all things related to training, so my experience and knowledge will make me the perfect coach for you. My objective is to help to achieve your goals.
