About

Inspectico

Inspect it once. Inspectico is the field app for home and property inspectors. Capture the whole inspection on your phone — answers, narratives, photos — then review and deliver the finished report from your desk. No re-typing at the kitchen table. WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL Attics, crawlspaces, block walls, long rural driveways. Keep capturing with no bars — everything is held on the device and uploads by itself the moment you are back on a connection. Lock the phone and drive to the next job; it keeps going in the background. TWO TAPS TO A RED FLAG The narratives are already written. Tap once to note an item, twice to mark it a concern. Flagged items walk themselves into the summary, so nothing is lost between the roof and the write-up. Any wording can be edited on the spot when the standard sentence is not quite right. PHOTOS THAT EXPLAIN THEMSELVES Shoot as you go and mark up the shot — circle the rot, point an arrow at the double-tapped breaker. Every photo files itself under the section and item you were on, so the report assembles in the right order without sorting a camera roll afterwards. CARRIER FORMS FILL THEMSELVES Wind Mitigation (OIR-B1-1802), Citizens 4-Point and Roof Certification are produced as the carrier's own PDF, filled out from the answers you marked in the field. TEMPLATES FOR THE WORK YOU ACTUALLY DO Full home inspection, wind mitigation, 4-point, roof certification, sewer scope, condo, commercial and industrial. Take one from the library as it is, or customize a copy — sections, items and wording are yours to change, and every inspection keeps the version it was written against. FINISH ON THE WEB Review the findings, regenerate the PDF, and send your client a link they can open without an account. Concerns arrive grouped into safety hazards, recommendations and maintenance items, each with a next step drafted for you to approve or rewrite. ALSO IN THE APP • Schedule — the week's appointments with type, time and address • Projects — photo-only jobs and punch lists, without a full template • Sync — exactly what is still held on this device, and what has landed on the server Built by inspectors, for inspectors — faster reports without cutting corners.
