Never miss an oil change, lose a receipt, or find out about a recall late. Lugnut keeps your car's full service history, mileage-based reminders, and open NHTSA safety recalls on one instrument-cluster dashboard — on your iPhone, with no account. Log oil changes, tires, brakes, and shop visits with mileage, cost, and receipt photos. Scan your VIN to add a car in seconds. Gauges count down to the next service using your real odometer, and a hazard stripe appears the moment an open recall is found. Your data stays on your device (optional iCloud sync). No ads, no data brokers, no dealer upsell. Pro is a one-time purchase if you'd rather not subscribe. WHAT YOU GET (FREE) • One vehicle in your garage • Service logging with receipt, before, and after photos (3 per entry) • VIN decode via NHTSA vPIC for many U.S. vehicles; manual entry always • Netherlands plate lookup via RDW open data (where supported) • U.S. NHTSA recall lookup with hazard-stripe alerts; official regional recall links • Mileage-based next-service countdowns • Registration & insurance expiry tracking with local reminders • Local notifications when service is within 500 miles • Per-vehicle spend summary on the Overview tab • Mileage Assist — optional Bluetooth/GPS trip suggestions (disclaimer shown in app) LUGNUT PRO • Unlimited vehicles • Up to 20 documentation photos per service entry (parts, angles, receipts) • Branded PDF service report with cover photo and full documentation appendix • PDF and CSV service history export • Home screen and Lock Screen widgets • Garage-wide spend rollup across all vehicles • Advanced service-at-a-glance gauges and customization • Background U.S. NHTSA recall checks where available, with alerts when new campaigns appear (timing depends on iOS background refresh — opening a vehicle always checks recalls on the free tier) Paid auto-renewable subscriptions (Lugnut Pro): Monthly (1 month) and Yearly (1 year). Prices are shown in the app and confirmed by Apple at purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Lifetime Pro is a one-time In-App Purchase (not a subscription). Built for drivers who want a spec sheet in their pocket — not another notes app. Your data stays on your iPhone. No sign-in required. Recall data is informational. Always verify with your dealer before scheduling work. U.S. checks use year, make, and model from NHTSA — not always VIN-specific. Outside the U.S., Lugnut links official recall portals for your region. Lugnut is not affiliated with NHTSA or any automaker.
