Verdict
The clearest difference is monetization model: Pathé Maroc at free against FRMF Tickets's ad-supported. Pathé Maroc also leads on ratings volume (294 vs 38). FRMF Tickets's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 weeks) and review sentiment (47% vs 38%). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for FRMF Tickets against 4.8 for Pathé Maroc. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pathé Maroc has 294 ratings behind it against 38, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 47% of FRMF Tickets's written reviews are positive against 38% of Pathé Maroc's.
