However, over time, global warming and economic crises devastated our world. Even though Green City was once considered the Last Stronghold by the world leaders, it now hosted even the most important leaders of the world. While other countries were hit much harder by these crises, Green City seemed to have found solutions to overcome these problems years ago. Throughout the city, there were critical structures such as Renewable Energy Plants and Water Treatment Facilities that kept the city thriving. These structures served as an example to the whole world, but their costs deterred other countries from adopting similar approaches. Over time, Green City also suffered from some mistakes, such as an increase in migrations from other countries and the participation of world leaders in the Green City Parliament, leading to crises. As a result, the city's green structure gradually turned into gray, smoke, and darkness. Initially affected by the economic crisis and the high costs of renewable technologies, the city replaced them with cheaper but more polluting power plants. The coal power plants that were established in our city polluted the air, and despite complaints about this situation, the population that couldn't migrate slowly lost their lives due to illnesses. Fossil-fueled vehicles replaced electric cars, water treatment facilities were closed, and the municipal facilities responsible for the city's maintenance ceased their operations. The city was succumbing to darkness. The once grassy fields where we used to have picnics with our families and the parks where we used to roll around were now covered in dust, haze, and mist. The balance between birth and death rates was disrupted, and nearly half of Green City's population was struggling with diseases like cancer and asthma. Green City, once considered the Last Stronghold of the world, was now on the verge of surrendering to darkness. And at that moment... Thanks to the pressure and actions of the settlers, the Parliament had to resign from their positions. The People's Parliament was established, and they decided to elect a new leader who would lift our city up. They needed someone who would be an example to other countries and rescue us from despair and this darkness. The unique residents of this city were ready to support the new leader with all they had. There was only one person who could fulfill this task. As they heatedly debated among themselves, that person arrived. In fact, they were unaware of what was about to happen, but even when they entered the room, it was evident that they were meant for this mission. While the settlers hadn't even found a candidate yet, everyone turned to look at you, and they said, "Welcome, Mr./Ms. Leader." "Hello, Leader! Who else could perform this duty better than you?
