Read full descriptionHide full description
TowCommand Driver is the companion app for tow truck operators who run their dispatch on TowCommand. Log in with the account your company provides and you're ready to work. Get new jobs the moment dispatch sends them — pickup location, customer details, and one-tap turn-by-turn navigation to the scene. Update your status as you go (en route, arrived, in progress, complete) and the office and the customer stay in sync automatically. Capture what you need on-site: condition photos, customer signatures, and service notes, all attached to the job. Collect payment by card or cash right from your phone. Don't know the destination yet? Pick up first and add it later — right in the app. At the end of the day, see your completed jobs, tips, and earnings in one place. Built by a Houston tow operator for drivers who work all day in the truck: big buttons, fast status updates, and it keeps working through dead zones — your photos, signatures, and status changes sync the moment you're back online. Note: TowCommand Driver requires an account provided by a towing company that subscribes to TowCommand. It is a companion app for working drivers, not a way to request a tow.
